2. Salmon: Improve your complexion, soften your skin, and add luster by eating salmon. This fish has one of the highest concentrations of omega-3 fatty acids of all seafood. Omega-3 fatty acids are the good fats, which help to nourish your skin by-product anti-inflammatories.
